Expressing that they visit cities, districts and schools on weekdays, weekends and regardless of working hours, Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin said that they had the opportunity to have a conversation with teachers and school administrators.
Stating that the ideas that emerged in the consultation meetings and the solutions to the issues waiting for solution were contributed, Tekin announced that they will continue their visits to the provinces in order to see and resolve the issues needed by the schools and the field. Tekin said that they will talk to the teachers and school administrators one by one and will solve the problems with a common consciousness.
Emphasizing that they act with the strategy of doing everything through consultation, Minister Tekin said that this is a requirement of being both human and moral. Minister Tekin stated that when they see a problem, they resolve it by talking to the field.
Emphasizing that teachers are the essential element of education, Minister Tekin said that they have problems that can be solved with small touches. Stating that they are working on issues such as the improvement of education and training processes, the functioning of school-parent unions, Minister Tekin expressed that they will create a much healthier environment through consultations.
Noting that they are making great efforts to improve education and training processes, Minister Tekin reminded that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has set the goal of building the Century of Türkiye together in the next century. Underlining that the concept of 'building' undoubtedly has its place in education, Minister Tekin stated that Mr. President wanted them to pursue this dream. Expressing that they will raise a brand new generation with self-confidence, scientific equipment, character, loyal to national and spiritual values that will work together to build the Century of Türkiye, Minister Tekin argued that the theoretical arrangements to be made by the Ministry of National Education can only be successful if they are internalized by the teachers.
Addressing the administrators and teachers at the end of his speech, Minister Tekin asked them to build a step on this path drawn by the President that will be remembered by the children, grandchildren and future generations with gratitude.
Teachers and education administrators participating in the meeting also took the floor and shared their opinions and suggestions. Deputy Minister Kemal Şamlıoğlu, Director General of the Personnel Bülent Çiftçi, Director General for Support Services Ömür Fatih Karakullukçu accompanied Minister Tekin in the meeting.
