Meanwhile, Kornhauser Duda reminded that she is a trainer and wanted to visit PIKTES and received information about the education of Syrian children due to her background.

Duda received information about the changes in the education system during Covid-19 pandemic and how the Ministry of National Education gave support to children during this period from Deputy Minister of National Education Mustafa Safran.

"You have achieved an important success during a very short period of time about the education of Syrian children. This must be hard. There are not only children, there are also parents. Due to this reason, it is a very large project."

First lady Duda asked if the European Union kept its promise to give financial support for Syrian refugees and she was informed that the EU had only paid 2.7 billion euros although it pledged to pay 6 billion euros.

Stressing that education of Syrian children is very important, Duda said, "Children are the future. Now, the future of the World is at your hands."
