CLOSED DOWN TURKISH SCHOOLS IN SAUDI ARABIA WILL BE REOPENED

Turkish schools in Riyadh and other cities in Saudi Arabia were closed down at the end of 2020 - 2021 upon the decision of the Saudi Arabia administration.
 
As a result of diplomatic contacts of the Turkish government and initiatives of the Ministry of National Education, schools affiliated to the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of National Education will be reopened.
 
As a part of Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer's contacts in Paris, capital of France, during the Transforming Education Pre-Summit organized by UNESCO, he had a bilateral meeting with his Saudi Arabian counterpart Hamad Al Shaikh and discussed the future of Turkish schools in Saudi Arabia.
 
Student acceptance and other transactions at the Turkish schools will start soon after related authorized offices of both countries decided to reopen the closed down schools.
