Teachers coming from 81 provinces, who transferred from VIP to the Turkish Airlines planew ith the Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin, were welcomed by the cabin crew. 

 

THY flight crew made a special announcement to Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin and accompanying teachers coming from 81 provinces. 

 

The captain of the plane, Gökhan Civelek, said "Our teachers, representing 81 provinces, are with us on our Anadolu Jet plane today. Welcome, Mr. Minister Yusuf Tekin and our valuable teachers. Thank you Mr. Minister for the endless patience, faith and tolerance you have shown to our teachers who prepared us for life and embraced us like family. The belief you have shown has been our greatest source of motivation in our successes today. Happy 24 November Teachers' Day." 

 

After the announcement, the teachers accompanied the folk songs sung by the representative Music Teacher from Gaziantep Ceylan Balcı. 

 

The teachers also accompanied the Teacher's March and the folk songs called "Mektebin Bacaları" and "Yeşil Ördek" sung by Balcı. 

 

The teachers, who will be received by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Istanbul Congress Center this evening, will be hosted in Istanbul on November 24 and 25 with a special program where historical, cultural and artistic events will be held as part of the  November 24 events. 

 

As part of the events held in İstanbul, teachers will visit historical, cultural and natural areas of Istanbul such as Topkapı Palace Museum, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Square and the Museum of the History of Science and Technology in Islam.
